In an extremity of March 1999 г Ericsson for the
first time has presented the project of new telephone R380 with built-in dairy (PDA -
Personal Digital Assistant). R380 has sizes of the usual mobile telephone with the
keyboard located on reversible flip. Opening the flip converts the telephone into
high-power communication centre with functions extended dairy.
The operational system EROS enables of
management of a calendar, notepad, personal paragraphs, dispatch of a reception(party) of
the computer mail and faxes. The active screen (touch screen) ensures fast and convenient
access to functions of the telephone. Function of recognition of the hand-written text and
gang of number by a voice simplify work with the telephone.
The built-in modem, digital dictophone for paragraphs and digital auto answer,
connection with the computer on IK-port, WAP-browser for access in Internet, the
calculator, hours with an alarm clock - here is far from being all functions new R380.
In the correspondence with requests of today, the telephone
two-band (900 and 1800 MHz), for the first time from models Ericsson will have a lithium -
ionic of the batterny.
